All Gregg County college districts have obtained an A in Monetary Integrity Score System of Texas rankings. The grades present the state decided these districts are spending tax {dollars} responsibly.
In response to the Texas Schooling Company, FIRST rankings guarantee public faculties are held accountable for the standard of their monetary administration practices and that they enhance these practices.
Kilgore and Sabine ISDs each obtained A rankings, as did Longview, Pine Tree, Spring Hill, White Oak, and Gladewater ISDs.
Spring Hill ISD scored an ideal 100. Superintendent Wayne Guidry mentioned at a board assembly in September that that is an enchancment from the earlier 12 months’s ranking when the district obtained a superior ranking.
The rating is now excellent due to enhancements to the district’s debt service funds.
White Oak ISD Superintendent Brian Grey offered the rating to the board earlier this month.
